In 2019, Amanda was diagnosed with breast cancer. She believes she is in remission, but we are watching some spots that showed up a couple years ago. She still goes in for maintenance treatments, and needs help during the recovery. Her maintenance treatments are brutal, and trigger auto-immune responses. As of July 2024, more procedures are to come since new suspicious spots have showed up on scans, which require biopsy.
