Mamas life is about to get a whole lot busier!! May this meal train be a way that we can wholeheartedly rally around her and provide her with a little bit of help that she’ll truly appreciate! Whether a homemade meal cooked with love or some delicious takeout, every meal during those first few weeks postpartum will be a blessing!

Anything high protein and nutritious 🥙 A couple of her favorite spots and meals: Pacific pita: grilled chicken salad w/ house dressing, beef shwarma plate w/ hummus Chipotle: any of the bowls w/ light rice and sautéed veggies Kan Zaman: lentil soup + beef kabob plate Bushfire Kitchen- literally anything lol
