Please Help Support Carole Russell's Surgery Recovery Journey

Washington, PA

Story

My name is Michelle Markley and I am asking for meals for my Aunt, Carole Russell. For those of you who know Carole, it's impossible not to love her. She is the most wonderful, caring, giving, faithful woman who never hesitates to help someone. She always wants more for others than herself. When she was only 10 years old, she sustained a serious injury from a vehicle accident. She broke her pelvis and femur and went through two extensive surgeries to repair the injuries. Most recently, it has become necessary to seek an updated procedure. Now, she is in need of a total hip replacement scheduled for June 26th. However, this isn't a normal procedure/replacement since there are several complications due to the nature of the hardware implanted and technique utilized to repair the injury 48 years ago. She will be off from both of her jobs while recovering and going through physical therapy. I am reaching out in hopes that we can all come together to provide meals for her during the recovery process. If you are unable to help out, please add her to your prayers for a successful surgery, quick recovery, and a pain-free life for once. Thank you in advance and God Bless.

Special Notes

There will be a cooler on her balcony to place food inside since she will be non-weight bearing for several weeks.
