Hello Everyone! As many of you know Elba Fonseca has passed away on September 9th to be with the Lord. She had a wonderful soul. She was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend. We are heartbroken but we know she is no longer in pain. We as family and friends can come together to help and assist a family in need in these difficult times. Anything will help.
