Hello friends and family of Angie, The day has finally come after a very long and tiresome 9 months of fighting her way with doctors and insurance. Angie is scheduled for spinal fusion surgery on March 15th. This will be the toughest battle yet, between post op pain and recovery (no bending lifting or twisting for 3 mos or more) and weeks of physical therapy. Praying that this finally gives her the pain relief and the ability to walk and stand again without as much pain. She is very much looking forward to being able to walk miles again in the park and local gardens, shopping in stores and gardening. Plus an easier time traveling! Angie will need the help of all of us to get her through. Prayers are encouraged, but the greatest need is with basic house stuff and groceries after the first two weeks. She will be recovering for 8 weeks which will be tough for her to sit still. We have started this page to organize and share how you can help.
