I am a divorced single Mom with 2 kids, 1 is autistic. I broke my right foot twice, over the past few years, and it healed wrong both times. I need surgery, but I have no family here and their father is not involved. Due to overcompensating with my left foot, I recently got a displaced spiral fracture and am in a cast! I cannot drive my kids to school, go to the grocery store, or do anything because I am in so much pain. I also have breast cancer and can't make it to appointments to get started with treatment. Any help would be appreciated! My boys are 12 and 14. We lost our home in August and just moved to a new area so we do not know anyone.
