Special Notes
Chicken and pork are easy go to meals. Please no seafood, soy or dairy. “I love Thai and Chinese stir frys without the soy sauce. They do make a coconut aminos to replace the soy sauce. Ginger is great too. Mexican without the dairy. Anything sautéed or grilled. Soups are great like a lemon and chicken. Chicken wild rice soup. If I do a burger it’s on a small bed of lettuce with toppings avocado onions etc. Thank you a million times!”
