Background On Tuesday, January 19th, 2021, Henry Tapia (Henny) fell victim to a road rage and racial injustice incident. Food preferences for Courtney and 2 children Preferred foods in the household - Apples, Bananas and Cantaloupes, Kids enjoy: Chicken nuggets, pasta no sauce(sautéed with butter) , Hot dogs, Burgers, French fries, pizza, mac and cheese, spaghetti and meatballs (no sauce), etc Mom enjoys: Spanish rice and beans, meat lasgna, baked chicken, etc  NO seafood, pork and mushrooms please Donations of meals from restaurants or restaurant gift cards are acceptable ways to contribute as well. There are two children and some kid friendly food and treats will go a long way in helping them at this time. Due to COVID we request that all deliveries be left outside the door to minimize exposure for families.
