Kruse Family Support

Kenmore, WA

Story

As you all know, the Kruse family has been significantly impacted by COVID-19. During the initial onset of the coronavirus, Grandma was quarantined at LifeCare in Kirkland and we were unable to visit her properly for a over a month. The care at the center was strained and she was not receiving the adequate attention she required. Her and Grandpa were kept apart for over a month. With uncertain times ahead and in order to prevent a repeat, their kids have decided it best to move Grandma and Grandpa into the Goheen household until this all settles down. This page has been created to bring our family together in this difficult time. Care of Grandma and Grandpa will require everyone’s active participation. This being a difficult time for everyone, we know financials are strained. But, If you are able to help during this time of adjustment in providing meals, care, company for Grandma and Grandpa or assistance in any form, the Goheen household would greatly appreciate it. This has been created to make it a bit more clear in how everyone is able to pitch in, whether it be with their time or financial support.

Special Notes

If you are able to cook a meal, or if you live far away, a meal by delivery is just as helpful! Please sign up for a time of the week as you are able. We are hoping to focus on healthy, nutrient rich meals for Grandma and Grandpa.
