I’ve known Carol Ann Hartley for over 30 years . She is a close friend of mine and She has always helped me and been here for me at my weakest moments. She has always helped with all of my events over the years and my heart is hurting for her and her family right now . Carol Ann lost her son, RB Hartley ,early Monday morning from a car accident. He had just turned 30. He has a little boy and was a great dad , brother , son , uncle and friend to many in our community.
