On Friday, April 12, 2024, Michelle and Elizabeth’s mom, Angela J. Phelan, passed away unexpectedly at 58 years old. “Our hearts are shattered. While it all feels like a really bad dream that we do not want to be real, sadly it is.” — Michelle Niebrugge During this time, our hope is to surround Michelle, her husband Connor, Elizabeth, and her two children, Lillian + Benjamin, with prayers, love, and as much support as possible so they can allow themselves to grieve their mom/mother-in-law/Grammy with a little less pressure from their day-to-day responsibilities.
