From Megan. This man y’all… I don’t know what I’d do without him. ❤️Y’all please say a prayer for him and our family as we navigate through what will be a rough road for all of us very soon!! Most don’t know, but Glen was born with a bad heart valve and we just found out he also has HOCM (Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy). All this now means his heart is working overtime x2 and it is now causing him to have symptoms. We knew this day would come, but not this soon. He will have to have open heart surgery to replace the valve. We go Monday to have an angiogram to make sure there aren’t any blockages and if so, can fix them while they are in there. Next we will meet with surgeon to see when they will schedule it. We know that God will protect him during surgery. Recovery is going to be our hardest challenge with the boys being so young. Estimated recovery time 6 to 8 weeks or longer depending on how things go but we know we will get through this together. Thank y’all for the prayers in advance! In God we trust! Love you my angel!! 😘
