Love and support for the Brooks family

Niskayuna, NY

Story

As many of you know, the Brooks family is facing cancer for the SECOND time in just a few years. First, their son Patzy was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) in December of 1916. We thank God that he has been cancer free now for 2 and a half years! In June of this year, Patrick was diagnosed with throat cancer. He had 2 throat surgeries; one on June 30 and the other on July 24. The Brooks are still trying to recover from the medical expenses from their son and could use our support as they are now living on Michelle's income. Patrick's income has stopped as of this week. He is not physically able to work or operate heavy machinery during his current cancer treatment of radiation. The Brooks need financial assistance along with meals and if possible rides to the hospital for Patrick. Patrick has radiation monday through friday at 10 am at Albany Med and physical therapy monday and thursday afternoon at 1:20. Michelle could REALLY use support in getting Patrick to his appointments, It's hard for her to miss work as she is the sole provider at this time and is still on negative time from when Patzy was sick. #BROOKSSTRONG.
