My sister delivered her baby son 7 weeks early and very unexpectedly. She went in to labor and delivery for a check on her swelling and with in 2 hrs had to have an emergency cesarean. He came out weighing 4 lbs and 17 inches long. He was in the NICU for a while and just released to go home. My sister has a 6 year old son as well. It’s been really hard with her pain and still swelling from post-preeclampsia and making meals is really hard on her right now. I have been helping as much as I can but I have 5 children myself. I know this would be extremely extremely helpful for her. She was not expecting to miss work this soon so there was not enough food or money quite yet to make up the bills for the coming months. Her whole pregnancy she was ill. So I’m doing this in hopes she can get a little relief in this stressful moment.
