As many of you know, Rica is one of the most selfless and helpful person in the world. She is always looking out for and taking care of others. Now, it’s our turn to rally around her in her time of need. On August 23rd, Rica will undergo heart surgery in hopes of improving her congestive heart failure. She was diagnosed with CHF and lung issues following two serious bouts of COVID-19. During her recovery, Rica will need our support and financial help to order groceries, pick out prepared foods via meal deliveries, get a few post op items (see Amazon wishlist link). She will not be allowed to do even the most basic activities, including walking or lifting anything over 5 pounds for three weeks post-surgery.
