Rodi & Baby Postpartum Care

Templeton, CA

Story

Hi friends! Thank you for all your support with welcoming our baby into the world. I created this page to help with postpartum care, as we are hoping to focus most of our time on healing and bonding with baby. Any and all help with meals or light chores would be greatly appreciated by our growing family. Much love, Rodi

Special Notes

Feel free to text Zachary if you don’t get a response from me, as I may be busy feeding baby! As for visitors, we would love to see you, but will be limiting outside contact as much as possible. In Chumash culture the first 40 days are reserved for immediate family. We love you, and hope for you to spend time with baby when she is bigger and stronger, and when Mama Rodi has recovered more fully from birth. As for meals, please bring gluten free or dairy free options and avoid raw, cold dishes like smoothies or salads. We will have an ice chest/cooler on the front porch for easy delivery if we are unable to answer. Check out the updates for postpartum recipe ideas. Thanks so much!
