Love for Angie

Laflin, PA

Story

Love for Angie. Over one million new cancer cases are diagnosed every year.  Women/men can be healthy, happy and living their best life, and then the dreaded word can turn someone's life upside down.  Your life now becomes one of doctor's appointments, treatments, and uncertainty; filling your days with things you never expected to experience.  It becomes harder to do the things you would normally; you're tired, you are emotionally spent and when you look in the mirror it is hard to imagine that you and this is your life. Angie was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and will be traveling to the University of Pennsylvania on June 16 for surgery. Following surgery she will require chemo and radiation for 12 months. While we cannot help her with the physical journey she is going on, we can help her by providing meals for her, Brian and Brenley which will be one less worry on her mind. Angie is the first to help, so let's lend a helping hand in return.  We would like to ask that meals be dropped off at the deliver and delivered in containers that can be kept or disposable Tupperware so nothing needs to be returned. We also are setting up bi-weekly cleaning services as well, which can be claimed and we can provide additional details if needed.
