Marcus has been diagnosed with HLH and is being monitored closely. HLH is a syndrome that causes an extreme immune and inflammation response in the body. So far, they haven’t been able to pinpoint any specific trigger that could’ve caused it. However, they are continuing to run tests to try and figure out if there is an underlying issue causing all this. Marcus started treatment for the HLH yesterday, which is a combo of chemotherapy and steroids. He handled the first treatment ok. As you would expect, Marcus is dealing with a lot right now, both physically and mentally. He is fighting really hard to get his health back and he is determined to do what it takes to make that happen. Let's help Tara out and give her the support of our "village."
