Sofia Elizabeth Rose, my friend Sherry's beautiful daughter, passed away unexpectedly yesterday afternoon. While there are no words that can help in such an unexpected and devastating situation like this, friends and family can help them lift the burden a little bit by helping out with food, taking care of errands, and other things that often become difficult when processing and grieving the loss of a child.
