As most of you know, Laurie is a vegetarian and does not eat any type of meat, shellfish or eggs. She does eat cheese, pasta, vegetables, fruit, rice, and bread. She loves any type of meatless Mexican or Italian food. The other three members of her family are NOT vegetarians.
