Matt is 41 years old. Since June, he's been off work from his job as a CAPII at a local hospital, because of a back injury. Matt is a caring, loving and soft spoken man. After injections and physical therapy, he is having back surgery to relieve the pressure his disc is putting on his nerve. He has exhausted his ESL and PTO at work and is currently on FMLA; we have no income until he can go back to work. I am a SAHM. We could use help with medical bills, monthly bills and basic necessities. We have 2 teen girls at home and 2 dogs. We could also use some help with around the house things! Thank you for your time.
