Many of you know Aspen Dylan Runnels was hit by a truck this afternoon in front of Lakota Freshman Building. As far as we're aware, a truck was coming through the school zone too quickly and struck him in the crosswalk. He was thrown and hit his head badly. He was rushed to our local emergency room, where they promptly decided to careflight him to Cincinnati Children's downtown, where he is now. His brain has swelled considerably, and his brain is very injured. The neurosurgeon told the family that the outcome may not be very good, but for now his numbers are holding steady. He is still unconscious and is intubated. It is truly a wait and see situation. Many people are asking what they can do.... The family is at Aspens bedside 24/7 and not working, bills continue to come in. Feel free to donate to support their time off of work. Please, send good vibes, pray to whatever God you believe in, and send positive thoughts their way.

If you send a door dash order to Cincinnati Childrens they automatically deliver to the first floor so make sure you let her know it’s on the way so she knows to go down and pick it up Restaurant’s they like Panera, McAllister's, Marion's pizza, bibibop, jet's pizza and wings, Putters, mellow mushroom, dancing roll sushi, and potbelly ( just off the top of my head). We also enjoy BBQ, but don't necessarily have a favorite place. Most pizzas we'll eat.
