This page is to help schedule meals for the Hales family after the delivery & return back home with baby Samuel! Jodi has gestational diabetes, but we are unsure when/if this will resolve; so please do keep in mind that there are some restrictions she has to follow. Thank you for your generosity and support during a time when cooking seems far-fetched!
Special Notes
Low-carb & low-sugar is the way to go! Here are some of their go-to’s: -grilled chicken with veggies -salmon with veggies -chicken or shrimp Alfredo -chicken Parmesan -lasagna -chipotle night (message for details) -Chicken chimichanga’s from Fridas -Extra hot chicken burritos from Taco Casa (no sauce for Sadie) -Chick-fil-A (cool wraps, grilled chicken salads, nuggets or Mac n cheese) -fresh fruit -vegetables (especially leafy greens) -pot roast -Zaxby’s grilled chicken salads (cobb) -chicken salad (sandwiches or with crackers) -subway (message for details)
