Our good friend Sheila's husband, Tom, is currently in the hospital with advanced kidney failure that came on unexpectedly. This has been an incredibly challenging time for their family, and right now they are still awaiting for more testing to know what the next phase of treatment is. A long recovery period is expected and we'd like to offer our support by providing them with some nourishing meals during this difficult time. Sheila has been spending a lot of time at the hospital with Tom, and we want to help ease the burden of daily meal preparation for her and her kids.
