Love for the Gomes Family was created to help one of our Cornerstone Village KinderCare Families during a truly rough time. Cornerstone has had the absolute pleasure of caring for the Gomes children over the past year and watching them grow into the amazing young girls and boy they are. Recently, their dad, Denys, unexpectedly suffered from a stroke. He is currently seeking treatment and going through surgeries at the hospital. Although the Gomes family will take all the love, prayers and support that they can; here at KinderCare, we want to do MORE...so that mom's (Liara) main focus can be loving on her kiddos and spending as much time with Denys as possible. We're asking our families (and anyone else) to support them in any way you can. The family does try to limit sugar intake for the girls, but don't have any other known allergies or restrictions. If signing up to provide dinner, it can be brought to Cornerstone Village KinderCare and Justine or Chelsea will pass it along to the family in an effort to maintain privacy. It really does take a village, and we're the perfect one to help. :-)
