Carol Allen is recuperating from a large pulmonary embolism that brought her to the Princeton ER on Jan 26th, and then to Penn ICU and acute care. As of discharge from Penn on Feb 3rd, her next step is a rehab stint at St. Lawrence in Lawrenceville, where she will do several weeks of frequent physical therapy to get back on her feet. As the big clot in both lungs dissolves itself and as she gets stronger again, her mind & spirits will be lifted by conversations and visits with friends, kin, and community!
