Hello everyone! I’m reaching out on behalf of our good friend Kay Kennedy. She is that friend that shines a light on all around her, would drop everything to help others, and is always there if you need her. She is also that friend that is too silly to reach out for help herself.... and that’s where this page and all of us come in!  For those who might not know, Kay is having surgery on August 21st. Her surgery is on her feet to help relieve ongoing pain she has been dealing with. This surgery will ultimately leave her off her feet for an extended period of time. This is not an ideal situation for her, as she is a mom of two young boys. Her husband Jay will help where he can but will need to continue working at the firehouse during her recovery. Any help or support we can provide this sweet family would be amazing!!  Her projected recovery time is from August 21 through October 10th. If you are interested in helping I’ve created this page to coordinate meals, care for Kay and/or her boys, and everything in between!  Examples could be: dropping off meals, taking boys for a walk or play date, helping around house with laundry or anything she needs done, or drop a care package.
