Helping the Shores Family

Albuquerque, NM

Story

Hello, John and I have had the greatest blessings given to us. We are the guardians and are in the process of Adopting two beautiful girls (my nieces) we have had both of them since the day they were born. Brooklynn got to come home 2 days after birth and is a very healthy baby but..... Abbigail was in the hospital the first 6 1/2 months of her life, when she got to finally come home on June 20. Abbigail has had a total of 17 surgeries so far and she will need many more including a kidney transplant when she is big enough. Abby has several other health issues other than needing a kidney transplant, one of the biggest is she is on Hemodialysis 4 days a week. Her Hemodialysis takes 4 hours from leaving the house and getting home and she has several other appointments during the week also. With all of this I am unable to go back to work at this time. We are trying to find John a part time job somewhere but haven't had any leads yet. This has Been a huge financial hit on our family finances. The Lord has provided for us faithfully all these past  months and we lean on him faithfully everyday. Abbigail is such a little miricale baby they didn't think she would live past 2 weeks and now they are 8 months old.  "But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint."                                                                                                     Isaiah 40:31  We are so thankful for everyone who has and is praying for our family and our miricale baby Abbigail. Also for all the love and support through this time.
