About the Author
Kala MacDonald is a Tantric Hatha Meditation and a Yoga Coach. She is also the founder and president of Yoga to Cope, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide free online, yoga-based resources for people coping with trauma, grief, and depression. Kala also hosts the Yoga to Cope podcast. She hosts Women’s Wellness retreat offerings around the world. She is the author of the plant-based guidebook Grow, Eat, Breathe, Repeat (forthcoming).
