Chosen Clarence Evans was born April 03, 2025 at 11:30am at 20 weeks, weighing 12 ounces and 10 inches long.Our son was a fighter from the time he attached in the Womb. Chosen passed away April 03, 2025 at 6:20pm. Chosen is now in Heaven with his 5 siblings. During this difficult time, our focus and grief has taken’ a toll on both Mom and Dad and we are appreciative of any support. Anything and everything is appreciated.
