Myriam is currently in the hospital after going to the ER with persistent abdominal pain. Doctors discovered a 10 cm mass that they believe may be a recurrence of cancer. She will be staying overnight and is scheduled for surgery tomorrow morning to have the mass removed. While this news is difficult and previous medical trauma, Myriam shared that she feels a sense of relief that things are moving more quickly this time. In her words, “I’ve done this before. I’ll do it again.” She asked me to share her love with the CDS community and welcomes all the good energy, prayers, and support we can send. Right now, she’s holding onto the thought of returning home to Leeloo and recovering with strength. We’ll keep you updated as we hear more from her.
