Dearest supporters, I am writing this update with some heavy news, but an unwavering spirit. Recently, my health has taken a hit—my vision in my right eye is completely gone and my heart issues have worsened, making it impossible for me to drive right now. I am a survivor of numerous breast surgeries, heart attack, open heart surgery, uterine fibroids, uterine cancer and still dealing with the day to day of living with long term type 1 diabetes I will be honest: we are struggling with basic necessities and everyday tasks, which is very overwhelming for my daughters and me. We are facing eviction and our utilities have just been turned off. However, I am not giving up. I am sharing this because we need your help now more than ever. My oldest daughter just finished her 1st year of college and my youngest is in high school and was accepted into the honors theatre program at school.
