After years of suffering with fibroids, severe anemia due to heavy blood loss, PICA, receiving iron IV infusions, multiple procedures to remove fibroids, and a failed embolization/uterine ablation to decrease or stop bleeding, in 2025. Nearly one year later, I have decided to save my own life and follow through with an eviction of my uterus in July.
Preferably gluten and dairy free to aide in an anti inflammatory diet but not required. ALLERGY to bell pepper, and heavily spicy foods unpreferred. Love smoothies, am a meat eater, and love to share meals with others taking care of me.
