Hello friends and family of Katelyn, As you may have heard, Katelyn injured her back and is going to need lots of support in the weeks ahead. She broke her L2 and L3 and is not expected to need surgery, and the doctors hope she will be largely recovered in 8 weeks or so. However, she will need to rest (which as we know is impossible for her!) and is unable to lift anything (including her children)! We are putting together a meal train/errands/childcare help to try to take some of the burden off. Thank you in advance!! 
The Castros have no dietary restrictions. It says family of 5, but keep in mind that 3 of the 5 are children!
