Dinner for Liz Connor

Charlotte, NC

Story

Hello friends! Liz is having a surgery on 7/7 and would love to get some dinners delivered by her neighborhood friends. We all love Lizzy so I figured we’d all feel excited to help her so she can feel the love! She writes: “My surgery is 7/7. If the first meal can come on 7/8, that would be ideal. Then I’m thinking 3 nights a week for 2-3 weeks with food arrival between 3-6pm. We are flexible on timing depending on that you think is best for this type of situation. I tend to eat early around 5pm. Frozen food or food ready to freeze would be great, but I do think we will have a stocked freezer already. I can eat anything. I like soups and stews, casseroles, pasta, meat…pretty much anything!” Thanks friends!

Special Notes

The only thing I’m allergic to is the mollusk family (clams, mussels, and oysters), but that should be easy. I doubt anyone will be bringing oysters by! We are good with garlic, onions, cheese, etc.
