My beautiful Mom Cindy is needing a total knee replacement in order to hopefully live pain free. Currently everyday tasks are a struggle as she is in so much pain with her knee being bone on bone. She's tried cortisone shots to help but, nothing works so, next step is surgery. She would have to be out of work approximately 3 months and will only receive 75% of her pay. 75% is absolutely better than nothing but, as a single Mom of 2 I cannot afford my bills and anything extra she may need money wise to make it thru recovery. She doesnt know I'm doing this for her just yet so if you know her please don't say anything. Im trying to make it easier for her so she absolutely has nothing to worry about and can take her time to heal and not rush back to try and get a full pay check. If you know her you know she would absolutely give anyone the shirt off of her back! Shes amazing and it kills me to see her in so much pain.This surgery is needing to be done as soon as possible, any help would be appreciated! From what we have figured up she will need $4000 for fees related to surgery and to take care of the missing money she will be losing from her check. I am trying to get as close to that as possible for her.
