Incident Update – Janie On Sunday, October 19, Janie experienced a fall and sustained a dislocation and fracture of her left ankle. She currently has an external fixator in place. The plan is for her surgical team to perform a more permanent fixation procedure in approximately 1–2 weeks, depending on healing and swelling. As many of you know, Janie is always the first to lend a hand and goes out of her way to help others. She loves to cook and feed people — but needless to say, she’ll be out of the kitchen for a while. We’re asking for a little help in returning the kindness she’s shown so many of us by providing meals for Janie and Patrick during her recovery.
