Our family is preparing for a big few weeks as Mary undergoes a kidney transplant, with her husband, Stephen, incredibly serving as a kidney donor. The Zapatas will be in the hospital in San Antonio for about four days before returning home to recover together. Once they are home, meals for four during the week would be such a wonderful help and one less thing for them to have to think about during recovery. Low-sodium meals are appreciated when possible, and please no pork.
