Hello dearest friends and family One of the greatest, most selfless and loving people we all know could use our collective love right now. As many of you may be already be aware Mishell suffered a mild heart attack recently. Although she is now home and on the mend. I thought it would be great opportunity for us to show her an outpouring of love and support. Mishell is caring for her elderly parents, assisting with the care of her amazing teenage niece and nephew, working a full time job and is always helping at church. This is just to name a few of her obligations but even with her busy life, Mishell still has time to give, assist or jump in wherever she is needed. Her load is heavy but she carries it with a "Job" style grace. Mishell tirelessly pouring into everyone else so please help me to pour into her. Reinforcing that she has a tribe routing for her wellness, who is very grateful the Almighty thumped her with just a warning and did not a call home (many others were not so blessed). Ah the grace of second chances. Galatians 6:2 says, "Bear one another’s burdens, and in this way, you will fulfill the law of Christ”. This scripture beautifully expresses the essence of helping people carry their load. It emphasizes that compassion and support for others are not just acts of kindness, but a fundamental principle of faith and community. By bearing one another's burdens, the load is lightened for the individual, and the bonds that connect a community are strengthened. This serves as a reminder that individuals are not meant to face life's challenges alone, and there is strength and joy in shared responsibility and mutual support. This message reminds people that: Love and empathy are transformative forces. Helping others elevates everyone. True strength comes from the ability to be there for each other.
