Jack woke up Tuesday morning at 1am in excruciating pain. By 5:30am, he woke Barb up, who spring into action. By 6am, Jack was in the hospital in pain like I've never seen from him. The hospital rushed him in for an abdominal CAT Scan and found a twisted and dying section of his small intestine, which needed to be moved right away to keep him alive. Surgery went well, and now, Jack and Barb will be managing a long recovery, complicated by a recent major back surgery in May. Nothing could be more helpful than not having to cook while also managing landscaping and household duties. Let's feed Jack and Barb by sending/bringing food and positive vibes.
