Last year I was diagnosed with stage 3 HER2+ breast cancer at 10 months postpartum. I did 6 rounds of chemo and had a total response to chemo, clear margins and a double mastectomy on 12/04/24. Two weeks ago, I had the worst migraine of my life and went to the ER and was hospitalized for 3 days. One tumor was found in my brain, which now makes me Stage 4 Metastatic breast cancer. Exactly one year later after my mastectomy, I am having a procedure called Gamma Knife Radiation to target and kill the brain tumor. I hope this kills the tumor and no more cancer 🙏💖 Here's to kicking cancer's ass twice on the same date one year apart.
