Supporting the Kurths

Myrtle Beach, SC

Story

Our sweet neighbors, the Kurths, are going through a challenging time. Aaron recently suffered a severe back injury that left him unable to walk or move without intense pain. After rushing him to the ER, doctors discovered significant damage to his spine and determined he needed urgent surgery to remove a damaged disc and insert stabilizing hardware. While the surgery is expected to improve Aaron’s quality of life long-term (and hopefully relieve years of pain from a military injury), his recovery will take time. Ashley is caring for Aaron while also juggling the kids, Rhylen and Tenley, and the start of the new school year. Her sister is helping with childcare, but meals would make a huge difference for them during this transition. Let’s show them some love and support by helping take dinner off their plate so they can focus on healing and family time. Thank you for rallying around the Kurths during this time! It means more than you know.

Special Notes

A few meal notes for the Kurth family: Please avoid nuts due to allergies. The kids don’t like spicy foods. They love pasta dishes! Feel free to get creative with noodles! Thanks so much for keeping these in mind while helping feed the Kurths! Your thoughtfulness means a lot!
