Emmy is my 18-month-old German Shepherd and my loving service animal. She has been by my side as I navigate a program that helps me live independently, offering comfort and support every day. In May, Emmy had puppies, and while it was a joyful experience, it also brought new challenges. Due to recent events, I am unable to afford the cost of spaying her, which is important for her health and well-being.
