Candace (Candy), is a loving mom, daughter, sister and friend who is always looking out for others. She does so to the extent that she sometimes forgets to look after herself. That is why we are here today building this community of care and support. Candace recently had a stress induced heart attack and needs the love and support of her village. Looking at her walk through life with everything together we can sometimes forget that although she is a SUPER woman, she is still human. Let's rally around her and step up where we can so she can rest up and get back to 100%!
