Rachel is the heart of her family and is the first person to show up when a friend is in need. Now it’s our turn to show up for Rachel and her family. She just found out this past Sunday she has 3 brain tumors. Friday she’ll go in for radiation and by Tuesday, March 31st she’ll be undergoing brain surgery to remove the tumors. What happens from there depends on how the surgery goes and how her recovery goes in the first couple of days. Which we all know, Rachel is a crazy fighter and she will get through this and be laughing on the other end. (Probably very inappropriately) She has a very long road ahead, she will not be able to work or drive and needs her village more than ever. Due to an accident many years ago, her husband will be limited in his ability to take care of the families’ needs - let’s please pull together and do what we can to help them all through this chapter of life.
