As many of you know, Hayden was selected to attend a Youth Leadership Summit in Washington, D.C. this July. Over the past several weeks, she has been working hard to help raise money for the trip herself, helping friends, neighbors, and community members with odd jobs and projects whenever she can. With the school year coming to a close, her schedule is fuller than ever. Between dance, racing, volleyball, cheerleading, Opry, Club America leadership responsibilities, and end-of-year school events, she has a lot on her plate. Even so, she’s determined to do her part to make this opportunity a reality. This trip is a chance for Hayden to represent our community, develop leadership skills, meet other young leaders from across the country, and experience our nation’s capital firsthand.
