Nikki was recently diagnosed with B-cell lymphoma and has begun an intensive treatment plan that includes five consecutive days of chemotherapy every 21 days. If you know Nikki, you know she is usually the one taking care of everyone else. Right now, we want to return some of that love and take a few things off her plate so she can focus on treatment, rest, and spending time with Matt and the girls. Nikki and her family are incredibly loved, and we’re so thankful for everyone who wants to be part of their village during the months ahead. 🤍
We are so incredibly grateful for everyone who wants to love on Nikki, Matt, and the girls during this season. Whether it’s a home-cooked meal, takeout, a gift card, or simply taking one thing off their plate, every little bit of support means more than you know. As far as food goes, Nikki and Matt are pretty easy and will eat just about anything! Nikki says she doesn’t like onions… but also loves French onion soup, so make of that what you will. 😂 Hopelyn is a little more of a simple-food girl. She loves meats and vegetables and isn’t a big fan of Mexican food. Ground beef usually isn’t her favorite on its own, but she’ll eat it mixed into dishes. If cooking isn’t your thing, that is completely okay too! Some of their favorites include Cracker Barrel and Taco Bell, and of course Hopelyn is always happy with Chick-fil-A. Most importantly, please know there is absolutely no expectation for anything elaborate. The goal is simply to make life a little easier for their family while Nikki focuses on treatment and feeling better. Every meal, delivery, gift card, prayer, message, and act of kindness is genuinely appreciated. Thank you for helping us take care of a family we love so much. 🤍
