Perry Family Meal Train

Story

I (Kayla) originally thought I would stock a secondhand freezer full of postpartum meals before baby’s arrival… & then life hit! Our freezer is still completely empty, and we have had so many lovely people reach out asking if we had a meal-train, so we made one for those interested in making meals in this time! We are so so thankful for any and every one of you who is praying and/or thinking of preparing meals for us! Because we live far out, we don’t anticipate many people being able to drop by meals to our home, but as Skyler will not be able to take much time off of work- he can always grab meals from people who have so kindly have offered to make meals for our family during this time in Franklin/Columbia area, post-shifts. Baby is less than two weeks away and any little bit of nourishment would be a huge help! *As for allergies/sensitivities, our only factors are seed-oils (canola, sunflower, soy, corn etc.) and food dyes in which Kayla does not react well to.

Special Notes

As mentioned above for allergies/sensitivities: our only factors are seed-oils (canola, sunflower, soy, corn etc.) and food dyes in which Kayla does not react well to. We are grateful for any food that would nourish our family in this time! If you are curious of our preferences, we’d love to focus on calm/warming foods like congee/porridge, soups & stews for this healing period- and really anything sourdough is so wonderful if you love to bake or buy baked goods! If you want to provide food & don’t like to cook- we love & do well with food from The Local Storehouse, Mama Mila’s, Herban Market (they have a pantry now as well), & The Brunch Collective.
