Surgery will be July 8. Recovery anticipated for 4-6 weeks followed by radiation. Kyla won’t be able to lift more than 8lbs or move her arms above shoulder height for 4-6 weeks.
Food should be easy to make. Emmett can cook if he has instructions. Meals kept to below 30-45 minute cook time. Charlie will have full time daycare M-Fri. I anticipate Emmett and Charlie will both be very tired with this change in schedule. I do not eats eggs, mayonnaise or cottage cheese. I’m not a fan of tuna or chicken casserole. I prefer organic fruits and vegetables. If available organic or farm raised meats. I will need a high protein, fiber and whole grain diet.
