Sweet baby Franklin Theodore Poljanac was born to Haley and Alex on September 11, 2026. They've been busy enjoying all of the newborn scrunches and new baby smells. Sadly, just 18 days after his birth, he passed peacefully in his sleep. Now his family navigates how to get through life without him.
